The United States Attorney General is the top of the United States Department of Justice concerned with authorized affairs and is the chief legislation enforcement officer of the United States authorities.The Attorney General is considered to be the chief lawyer of the U.S. government. The Attorney General is a member of the President’s Cabinet, but is the only cabinet department head who isn’t given the title Secretary. Distrust of Trump-period appointees led the Biden administration to nominate a career Justice Department official as appearing lawyer basic whereas it waits for the US Senate to verify Merrick Garland, the President’s nominee to guide the department.
